Description:
We are looking for an Estate Manager to provide support to our Clients and their large property and/or estate, which may include multiple residences, outbuildings, and extensive grounds. The Estate Manager will be responsible for managing a team of staff and outside vendors, such as housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance workers, and ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard. The Estate Manager will also manage the property's finance and any major renovation or construction projects. The Estate Manager is expected to be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Provide executive support to the estate owner
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the estate
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
- Manage the budget and expenses related to the estate
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing large estates
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
